That´s me ... yeah ... welcome on my blog

Since 15 years I am paragliding pilot. Since 2016 instructor and performance-trainer.

In 2017 my attitute towards life changed comepletely. I am aware of ending. It might happen unexpectedly. On first of July 2017 I had a bad accident spending a lot of time in hospitals. Till now, 3,5 years later, I have still struggling with pain. But, I did not stop flying.

6 months after the accident in December 2017 I had my first flights in Namibia.

Now my husband and me decided to escape for 2 months to Namibia. In March 2020 I started training as a sport mental coach. I am coached by Christoph at the Kleinbeck Academy in Munich. Maybe I will also talk a little bit about this part of my life ... let´s see.

This site here is mainly about my travels all over the world, but also my travel through life and what happened since 1st of July 2017 when I crashed on the ground at Monte Baldo. During the months of recovering I learnt a lot about self-healing, meditation and that I have to move. Movement is very important for me. So I had a terrible time after my first operation at my hip in Verona/Italy when I was not allowed to move at all. I just layed on my back not able to turn ... I remember the dreams right before awakening: I could move,walk ... then I awoke and noticed: NO. I am not able to move.

Some days later I was transported by plane from Italy to Berlin / Germany. I arrived completely traumatized ... Here in the hospital UKB  in Berlin I had my second operation on my right knee and left foot. Then I was not allowed to put weight on my legs for the next 3 following months.

So, my next "trip" will be here at the Heinrich-Heine-Clinic, where I will stay for the next 5 weeks from 21 st of May 2019.

But, sorry, the update will be in German. If I have a chance I will translate in English.
